About the Health Department Accreditation Data Portal

The mission of the Public Health Accreditation Board (PHAB) is to advance and transform public health practice by championing performance improvement, strong infrastructure, and innovation. This data portal allows the public health community to explore and visualize these aggregate data on health department capacity.

Please note that the data in this data portal was last updated in November 2023 and will not be updated moving forward. We’re in the process of creating bigger and better visualization tools, stay tuned!
